• 10/5/24First time ordering. Ever was delicious. I immediately regretted not ordering more. FRITURAS BACALAO CASA SWEET PLANTAIN MADUROS $ and ARROZ CON LECHE were unexpected treats that were simple and full of flavor. Hit the spot for an after snack.

• 9/17/24It was very tasty but greasy. The rice portion, as usual, very small. This time was smaller. I don't understand what the problem is with Old Havana and the moro rice. Rice is less expensive than meat and the meat portion was adequate.

• 8/11/24I order from here alot. the last couple of times though the food was not good. today I called the restaurant to ask for a bit of extra mojito. they said they couldn't do it. the door dash application says restaurant doesn't take special requests I would have to call. I called & the man that answered said he couldn't do that. I was asking for a very small portions. the pollo vaca frita was very dry & there were 2 little pieces of onion. I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore. it's been bad for a couple of times

• 6/14/23I ordered a EMPANADAS PICADILLO and it was not filled with piccadillo but something else it was disgusting not to mention it was almost $6 and it is tiny. CROQUETTES HAM/ CROQUETAS JAMON we're not my favorite either.

• 4/7/23 I ordered LECHON ASADO with white rice and fried plantains. The LECHON ASADO came with sauted onions.
There were too many sauted onions in the plastic container with the LECHON ASADO. The LECHON ASADO had too much skin and fat. 😬That was not good at all. Not good at all. In addition, the 1/2 cup of white rice was overcooked . As we move on, I would like to comment on the CHURRASCO with black beans. 😲
The churrasco was....meh, but not worth $35. There was a lot of skin around the skirt steak CHURRASCO). Once I trimmed the fat around the skirt steak, the steak was down to 5 ounces.😡
I also ordered a FRITA CUBANA with a salad and fried plantains. I must say the FRITA CUBANA was good. 👍That's the reason I gave the restaurant
two stars. Otherwise I would have given them
1 star.
Last, but not least, I paid $2 to have food delivered in 35 min. Just when things couldn't get any worse, it took the dasher 1 hour and 40 minutes, to be exact, to get to my house. 🤯😡🤬. I only live a couple of blocks away from the restaurant. The food was cold upon arrival.
This was not nice, so very sad. 😳😠
