• 10/16/26I just cannot understand the hype around this place. I've given it a few shots and I'm done giving it a chance at this point. The Strawberry Shake is decent but really not stellar, but the burgers are just pitiful. Both the ShackBurger and the SmokeShack were tiny. They were somewhere in between the size of a White Castle slider and a McDouble and the flavor just isn't there either. I felt like I got something off the kids menu for about $10 per tiny burger. With so many burger options, this is NOT the spot.

• 1/31/25The Chicken Shack is one of the best fast-food chicken sandwiches you can find. Always amazing. The Chicken Bites are TERRIBLE! They are just tiny little crumbs of chicken that are heavily breaded and fried. Certainly not worth the price, and quite frankly not worth eating.

• 10/3/24it was kind of expensive so I was hesitant, but decided to treat myself and take a chance. oh my god?? this place is AMAZING. the Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake was literally euphoric, so so rich and creamy and the flavors are just perfect. my burger rocked my world. I could feel my arteries clogging and I loved every second of it.

• 6/13/26Very yummy Smoky Classic BBQ Chicken Sandwich. I loved the added pickled cherry peppers! A nice acidity punch to the whole burger. It DID, however, make the bun soggy, but the taste was phenomenal. Especially with the fried onions.
