I ordered my food through door dash but picked it up myself. when I got to the store, I could see my order sitting in the window but no one was at the counter. I stood there waiting. when someone finally came to serve me I my fries were cold to the touch. the sandwich itself was done fresh and of great taste however I couldnt eat the fries. the fries should have been dropped fresh when the burger was being made and served fresh at the same time as the burger

Instead of having the strips tossed in BBQ, they were tossed in ranch which I selected as my dipping sauce. There was no separate dipping sauce container. It was pretty gross.

I didn't get sauced garlic Parmesan, instead I got original and only a 4 piece instead of a 6

the bun was dried out and hard and the ketchup was dripping off really bad! I could barely even eat it. The chocolate shake was awesome!
