• DoorDash orderThey didn't fulfill the order correctly. I asked for chocolate chip cookie dough and I got mint chocolate chip, no brownie cubes, no banana, no hot fudge, no marshmallow.

• DoorDash orderWhen we order from here, the portion size is smaller than it should be. Very small portions, even with a two scoop. The ice cream is good, but often, we don't get what we ordered. A different flavor is what we get instead.

• DoorDash orderThey confirmed order, but were out of stock of both flavors requested, with no comparable substitutes. The root beer floor had less than a half a scoop of ice cream in it. $30 in ice cream and it was disgusting. Threw it all away.
