everything was tasty....only order was missing garlic saucy nuggets....got the honey BBQ which were delicious. maMac & Cheese  good too

The drinks tasted as if I had put a copper penny in my mouth. my Pepsi was a diet pepsi instead. The Mt. Dew tasted like it was out of syrup. Didn't get the milk I ordered for my child. Didn't get my KFC sauce. As far as the tenders went in all 3 meals, The chicken fries at BK are bigger. The biggest tender we got was the size of my thumb! I knew the KFC in Merrill wasn't great, but this was absurd. I absolutely will not order again.

I've ordered the Popcorn Chick Bucket twice, and both times they've given me the wrong thing. The first time they gave me nuggets instead, and the second time they straight up didn't even add them to my order. And if you try to call them about getting your missing food, they just straight up don't answer the phones. Very disappointing.

Our chicken tasted funny and our Fries were cold and tasted stale. The last time we ordered from there it was a bad experience as well. Gave them a second chance. Will not order from there anymore. It is not consistent with other KFCs the food is just plain gross.

Im happy to say this order was much better than my last!  The food seems fresh and they had bone in chicken this time. 12 pc. Chicken Meal.  My only complaint was an open gravy container in my bag got all over my food, but it happens.
