I have a minor aji de amarillo obsession and always get the Aji de Gallina Bowl (which includes half an egg, a potato, plenty of rice, and olives). The Yucca Fries comes with a lil aji on the side but I nevertheless get the Extra Sauce. Highly recommend Sanguchon. 1000x better Yucca Fries than Limon!

This is my second time ordering from here and the food is pretty good. The amount of meat you get in the BBQ Sandwich and Aji de Gallina Empanada was plentiful and well cooked. The Platanos Fritto were good both times. While the food was well cooked and the portions are good, I will say that the Aji de Gallina Empanada did not have much flavor. Which, I was genuinely surprised by because it is stuffed full of meat that appear to be seasoned well, then I took a bite and was completely underwhlemed. Also, I want to note that the BBQ sauce in BBQ Sandwich was more generic tasting than I was expecting. I would say if you are going to order from here you definitely should! And if you are debating between getting the pan con chicharon or the bbq sandwich, definitely go with pan con chicharon!

Sandwich was great. But $4 for extra less than 10 fries total isnt great. Would forego the side next time

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I was satisfied. I usually order lomo saltado when getting peruvian food, but I decided to try the Aji de Gallina Bowl. The creamy and nut based sauce was thick and creamy,mildy spicy but tasty. There was a good amount of shredded chicken and potatoes in this dish. I enjoyed the boiled egg in this dish. I would recommend to those who've never tried the dish before. I also got Yucca Fries that they paired with the same sauce in the Aji de Aji de Gallina Bowl.

Amazing and held well after delivery. I was surprised to see the generous portion of the pork belly skewer. It's also comes a top a fresh salad and with half a roasted red potato which I didn't expect.
Yucca fries were fire. The plantains were tasty but could have been a little more firm. Overall it was a super satisfying meal with quality ingredients.
Bonus - they serve individually sized wine. Which is hard to find on the dash.
