The salad was large for the price so I was very happy to see that. However the dressing packets have very little dressing in them . No straw was provided for the drinks. The cheesecake bites are flavorless. And the egg rolls were filled with nasty grease (old and burned tasting) and were inedible

The Cobb Zalad® - Fried was delicious and a huge meal consideing it was a salad only, come with dice chicken, bacon, croutons, diced egg, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and 2 slices of toasted butter bread

Will never order zaxbys again. First the menu is impossible to figure out. You order a meal which includes chicken, fries, toast and drink. Then your choice is you re-select fries and they're added to the cost of the meal (which is advertised to include fries) or you assume they're included with the meal as I did, and you don’t get fries. It's either a scam or a mistake but it's happened twice now.

Know what I got. It was a pile of whipped cream in the top two thirds of the large cup, and a pile of vaguely banana flavored mushy vanilla wafer sludge at the bottom which you can't even pull through the straw even if you were inclined to try and do it.
The toast was barely toasted, lightly buttered floppy cold bread.
What a waste of money. There are plenty of chicken places in Chester without wasting your money on this one.

my Fried Pickles where burnt to a crisp they where burnt so bad there was no pickle inside and I ordered a Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz and half the Fry's weren't even there, and it's so expensive wasn't even worth it. the only thing good was the bread.

The fry's were made pretty good an and as well as the chicken tinders but the one thing I will say is that the milkshake was amazing so t would definitely order it again.And also I would recommend  getting the three finger combo because the finger combo just fills up with the portion.
