I tried Jack's Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich and it was delicious. The ratio of lobster and cheese was just right and the Texas toast gave it a perfect taste. I only wished that the chips were not so hard. Otherwise good food for the money.

It's been a while since we ordered from Jack's, mostly due to the price point. Jacks Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Po Boy were very tasty. The Famous Shack Fish Sandwich is simply the best fish sandwich, the price is tough though for a sandwich. This has become an infrequent dinner spot, simply due to cost.

Lobster roll had generous amount of lobster but was dry, Chicken Strips Platter with Chicken Strips Platter with Fries was some type of minced flavorless substance pressed and overfried. It was inedible. 3 stars only because of the amount of lobster given.

The truffle French Fries and New England Clam Chowder Soup were standout items! (If you love truffle like me the fries are a must buy) Both options have fresh ingredients bursting with desirable portions. Certainly two I will be reordering! But surprisingly the Mini lobster rolls were simply okay. It wasn't as flavorful as I imagined a warmed lobster roll.

the DOUBLE MEAT lobster roll Platter! is delicious, but the price is insane. the Maine Lump Crab Cake was more like a bread crumb cake. the Take out Manhattan clam chowder was really flavorful but had hardly any clams. the pecan pie was UNBELIEVABLE- so so so scrumptious. the Homemade strawberry cheesecake was pretty good- I don't know if it's worth the calories.
