• 7/18/26This place is disgusting.. don't even waste your money, maybe they should hire a new cook or revamp their recipes but it's nothing like it used to be. I ordered gumbo and it was burnt, i gave it back to the server and they told me that it's normal. The buttermilk chicken was overcooked and very bland, the collards had no flavor whatsoever.

• 7/9/26I know people get really excited about this place but I didn't feel like my order was that good. And it's more about value for the money. The pierogies were definitely not a $20 item. Sorry, won't be going back.

• 2/17/25this was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the rib platter w fries. however the fries weren't included, and the ribs were tough, the bbq sauce was surprisingly bland.
I got the brisket Mac & cheese, which was very tasty.
And I splurged and got an $11 brownie for dessert. Ugh! it was very dry, rock hard & tasted like it came from a box mix. . not even close to being worth the price. I only ate 3 bites, then threw it out. I was really hopeful that I had found a decent bbq place , but I will definitely not be placing any more orders from this restaurant. And the prices are quite high considering the poor quality of most of the food I received today

• 4/2/26The portions were generous, however the shrimp in the Shrimp Po' Boy were very overcooked and the Hush Puppies were dry as dry could be.
the Cornbread w/honey butter was clear standout.
