Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ sub was awesome as usual. I don't love cheddar so it'd be nice to have the option to switch cheeses. the Mac & Cheese was so dang good, but VERY overpriced for the small amount received.

Ordered a Hook & Ladder sandwich combo with no mustard. The sandwich comes SLATHERED in mayo and mustard. Like to the point it could've been a salad. Not good at all. Lettuce is a couple of shreds not very fresh, and bread is soggy from the insane amount of mayo and mustard. Portion was small. I wouldn't order from here again. * Photo is AFTER wiping off a bunch of the mayo and mustard.

Whenever my coworkers tell me they got Firehouse Subs from this location and didn't tell me, I get really offended because these are the BEST sandwiches. Every time I order, I'm never disappointed. The Spicy Cajun Chicken is the best!

Best anywhere, been a repeat customer for going on 11 years now!! They put the competitions fire "OUT"!!! Not just good but fantastic, service with a constant happy, not fake smile!!! : )

Store denied giving extra sauce, which is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when they have the nerve to put maybe half a line of mayo (that's me being generous) on it and no Italian dressing - it comes with both...also, the bag of chips, no kidding, had 6 chips total and a bunch of crumbs. Very disappointed and not worth it
