BAD RICE. The medium oxtail plate is very affordable and oxtail is cooked perfectly. So was the macaroni which was very fresh. I like that they give you the option to choose your own sides.My issue came in with the plantains which had almost no flavor and the biggest issue specifically was the rice. I don't know if they're using parboil rice but it is not good. The rice doesn't stick at all. The biggest problem though is that they're putting way too many allspice in there, and it affects the flavor of everything. I should not be getting a bite of all spice with every spoon of rice and then it's on the oxtails too. The beans were also overcooked in the rice so they were crunchy and then you're also crunching on allspice. They need to put way less allspice & either add more water or use a different type of rice because that rice was way too dry. Other than that pretty good

I love this meal! It's always hot and fresh. I order it often with two sides of rice and a side of baked macaroni. The portion size is big and it's an affordable price if you love oxtails. This is probably my 5th time ordering!

N need better packaging. The gravy fell out of the package and it dripped them over the plastic bag. Otherwise everything else is OK can dry. I love that. I loved when she she cooks oxtails it's really delicious but packaging has to improve.

Personally did not like this food. I got rice and beans with brown Stew Chicken and Mac and cheese with Johnny Cakes with Cheese and sweet potatoes. One I did not receive my sweet potato's I got regular potatoes. The Mac and cheese was not good, and the rice and peas has a weird taste to it.the chicken was the only thing that was meh. Good portion size for the food but wasn't the freshest as far as the Johnny Cakes with Cheese. I would not order again sorry. Not my cup of tea. Spent 25 dollars just to throw it away.
