A true blessing to have their food.
I tasted the love and it felt like the chef was cooking for me like I was family on a sunday morning. As a chef you can tell when someone is passionate and not pushing out orders robotically and this was all passion, talent and <3
The grits were the best thing I had. The picture doesn't do them justice. They were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Fried Chicken Biscuit was again cooked and seasoned perfectly, crunchy on a stable yet flaky large biscuit. The Yamz Molasses Latte was also delicious
Thank you to the kitchen for the amazing food. I cant wait to try everything on the menu

• 11/4/23The portion size for the Grits & Eggs w/ Fish is underwhelming. Whenever Order fish at breakfast places I usually recieve a whole piece were as this is half. The Fried Chicken Sando however was te star of the show. Beyond flavorful and crispy. Worth the try!

• 10/11/24My food was good, I had the Grits & Eggs w/ Fish. The fish didn't have much seasoning but the hot sauce gave it a little more flavor and a bit of a kick. The grits were creamy and delicious and the toast, chef's kiss! I don't eat much toast when I get them from restaurants but, absolutely scrumptious!

• 9/9/24I can't believe I haven't eaten from here sooner! The Three Bean Salad Turnip Hoagie and Side Of Fish were absolutely AMAZING (even the fish was so crispy and hot after traveling from W Philly to Germantown!) The Ginger Espresso Spritz was such a fun mouth experience! excited to try other flavors!

• 2/11/24Giving a 5 cause what showed up didn't disappoint! I ordered the pork sausage sandwich and grits and the spronic. Unfortunately the drink didn't make it but was blown away by the sandwich and quite possibly the best grits I've ever had. My only gripe aside from the missing drink was most of the cheese slid off the sandwich onto the wrapper and I ended up having to just melt my own (not cooper sharp).
Will be ordering again soon tho.
