I ordered at peak lunch time (11:45 am) and paid for delivery directly to me. My order was wrong but it ended up in my favor I guess since they sent me fries I did not order. The issue is the chicken nuggets and fries were awful. The chicken was like rubber and you could tell they at spent a long time under a heat lamp. I'm guessing they were made when lunch was about to be served and sat there for an hour or so. I understand the logistics of having to make food ahead of time not knowing what you will need but this food was awful. I would gladly pay extra or wait more time for fresh food. It's always very inconsistent and you never know what you will get. In this economy it's hard to justify paying so much money for subpar , reheated food. Very disappointed. This is my local McDonald's and the staff is always friendly and fast when I visit in person. I don't blame them. The process is the problem.

The Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal that I ordered had a good sandwich, but the fries were limp and greasy, almost felt under cooked or rushed out of the fryer. Maybe they were busy. I like fresh fries but crispy fresh fries. They normally don't come like this. Not sure what happened.

I loved this so much! i would definitely order this again the fries were hot and not to salty and the portion was just right i am absolutely delighted with my meal and astonished on how good it was, i might seem like i am exaggerating but this was a really good meal and by the way i had the 10 pc. chicken nugget meal with a large fry and a vanilla shake.

Both large french fries cold and half filled, mostly small pieces. Quarter pounder was old, had hard bread and just thrown in the box messy with missing bacon, mustard, pickles. Terrible order!

Diet Coke had a hole in the cup so it spilled. Fries weren't salted. Tasted bland. Big Mac® Meal 's Big Mac was fine though.
