My family eats Zood minimum once per week, this is extraordinary food that is family made with love, by a talented chef. Best middle eastern quick plate in Orange County!!! You won't eat here just once.

I eat a rice plate every day. They are so good. the chicken is awesome but the falafel is something else entirely! Holy cow! My favourite sauce is the red pepper and feta, i like to get it with the cucumber and yogurt sauce and mix them. Also that cookie. man o man that cookie is sopecial

I'm obsessed with Zood. Im Persian and I would say the food here is Persian-inspired, even reminiscent of something your family might make but not exactly a traditional Persian dish (though sides like the shirazi salad, borani, etc are certainly traditional). My favorite is the chicken and rice plate with shirazi salad and hummus (literally love their hummus) and the cucumber yogurt dressing. Food is delicious, filling, and pretty healthy!
