• 8/5/26The greens were delicious. I wish that the lid had stayed on because it caused the bag to break snd I lost the apple pie. The chicken was delicious as always. The spicy rice had turned to mush but had good flavor.

• 6/10/26The chicken was not fresh. I received my Chicken Sandwich on two slices of white bread instead of a bun as advertised. I received brown gravy with my chicken strip order when it was supposed to be white and the brown gravy was disgusting. I usually love Williams but I was highly disappointed with my order.

• 12/15/25The chicken was dry, and there were hard pieces where it should be soft on a chicken thigh, as well as the leg of the chicken was dry too like it had been sitting under the light for a very long time. The fries were maybe a lukewarm. When I opened the bag, all of the fries were out of the container that they were in. I had to pull off most of the chicken because it was hard and I couldn't chew it.
