overall delicious! the Quesadilla was packed interestingly (pile of cabbage and I think sour cream on top) the queaQueso Birria Dinner looked a little dark but turned out to be super delicious!

Mama Burrito is huge and covered in cheese. The Nachos are delicious especially when the lettuce is swapped for cabbage and extra jalapeños are added.

Authentic, delicious, and friendly! Since discovering them, Mama Eldas quickly became a regular and easy choice!
I highly recommend the Queso Birria Dinner and al pastor tacos! But it's hard to go wrong anywhere on their menu :D

Ordered El Pollazo Fajitas and Asada Tacos. The fajitas lacked flavor. They need more variety of vegetables in them. The asada tacos were okay but asked for flour torrillas and got corn. The corn torrillas were small and thin. Use to love Mama Elda's when the old owners runned it. Not as enthused about the food now unfortunately.

It was very delicious I ordered on Valentine's Day and the tortillas on my Queso Birria Dinner were colored pink, it was very cute and a nice touch. The food here is always amazing
