Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the food used to be good by now things get delivered undercooked (like the bacon) the biscuits are soggy in the middle like they didn't get cooked through all the way. the fries will come hard as a rock and without flavor. It used to be my go to for my kids but now I just avoid it.

We had one item we ordered not placed in our box. Also, we ordered a family dinner with several extra items and it was all placed in the box. Crammed in the box I should say. Biscuits were smashed.
I will say that the food was very tasty and warm when it arrived.

Bojangles messed my order up I ordered a 3 piece and they gave me a 2 piece. I had to get someone to go get my order fix. That was more money I had to spend.

I got Bo Bo Bites™ Combo & the chicken was way overcooked almost burnt and so crunchy. The Bo rounds were VERYgreasy.. Next timei order,I'll call&request for everything to be FRESH!
