Food - 10/10, I mean not much to say here exquisite seasoning for both the DIRTY ELVIS and SPICY CAMBODIAN DIRT®. Flavorful but not overpowering. Still warm when it got here, always a plus
Packaging - 11/10 it's the personalized notes on the boxes that really gets ya

When I saw that Shlap Muan was on Doordash, I got so excited. I have eaten here before and, not only are the wings the best I've ever had, the owner, Hawk, was very hospitable and friendly. The dirty Elvis wings are amazing. (My other faves are the water Buffalo, cambodian dirt). I'm so glad they're finally on doordash :')

I don't even know where to begin. Shlap Muan has won my heart over with their signature SPICY CAMBODIAN DIRT® - DRY SEASONING ! Being Cambodian myself, these flavors hit home and is always a good reminder of where we came from. To be the first ever and be the greatest at making these damn wings so good takes alot of care and attention and passion! It makes me proud that we have such great food in Long Beach, but most of all, our very own Khmer people that represent us to the fullest. Long story short, I love the unique take of each of the flavors Shlap Muan offers, I love the vibe I get as soon as I walk into the restaurant, and most of all I love the people that run it. Keep up the amazing work team!
PS: Shrimp Fried Rice is da bomb! if you decide to add it to this location!

We decided to get Shlapped lol and indeed the chicken did Shlap! It was fried with care and great seasoning big wings too. They crisp up the wings then leave the sauce on the side so that you can enjoy the fresh fried wings with the sauce once you get them.
The garlic noodles are OK imo they need a to hit the noodles with a tad bit more garlic butter and parm. But the noodles themselves were cooked perfect.
