Everything was perfect!!
There was a complication with the beignets machine; Sean called me back to let me know when it was fixed. He didn't have to do that but he did!!
By the way..If you haven't tried the Beignet Bites you most definitely should! There always made fresh & are sooo good omg!!

The Granita is delicious. The chocolate Croissant was dry and hard. This is the first time it came like this. It is usually soft and slightly moist.
