The quality of the yellowtail and salmon nigiri is good; there was no fishy taste and the flesh was tender. The house ginger salad didn't have as much peanut flavor as I expected it would. Overall I enjoyed my food.

I arrived at restaurant 10 min after alledged ready time and order was not there. It took another 10 min for them to figure out that my order was never received. Took another 20 min to prepare... rolls are mostly soggy rice, very little fish for $13 house rolls. Sashimi slices are different sizes. Won't be back.

Decent, but not exceptional. Way too much sauce on the rolls. I ordered the $24 lobster roll and it was swimming in sauces. Any more and it would have been a soup. Also beware, when the menu (on DoorDash) says "tempura shrimp", it means a roll, not actual tempura shrimp". The ginger salad is a little simple and the dressing is a little different than the typical ginger dressing - not necessarily worse, but different. Miso soup is very plain as well. I wish someone in this town would make a great miso. I ate at a Tulsa Japanese restaurant recently and their miso was amazing! It had a nice Smokey flavor, nice chunks of prepared tofu. It was like they actually tried to make good soup and didn't just mix some miso paste with water...

This is definitely my favorite sushi place. The food is delicious!!!! There are some other sushi places in Louisville, but they are not even close to be as good as this one. Their rice is perfect and everything tastes amazing. I highly recommend this sushi.

One of my favorites is crunch munch but all of the sushi in this restaurant is the best in Louisville. I love this restaurant. The owner and staff is amazing
