Fire It Up BBQ did not disappoint! Everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and every bite tasted like authentic barbecue. Definitely a spot I’ll be ordering from again!

This is the Full Pound Sampler and I'm sure there's more then a pound there. The sides are coleslaw, blue cheese and bacon potato salad and jalapeño cornbread. They were fast the food was delicious and I was able to get it delivered to my husband's semi truck at a nearby truck stop.

Pork Platter 6/10 was good healthy amount of food. Probably been bigger portion instore as it did not seem like $16 worth of food, salt was a bit over the top.
Here is where they lost me:
BBQ Nachos 2/10. Decent bit of chicken, 7 lbs of lettuce and tomatos. Couple of spoons of cheese which melted and hardened at the bottom. that was line with 2 paper liners I noticed it when I first started eating however only saw one. Probably halfway through the nachos saw it had two, one of which I ate half of. Wish it was more chips and cheese and no paper, but I want to know why the paper in a styrofoam to go container was a good idea. Probably will check out other bbq places before writting it off. Maybe visit to compare.

The only complaint I have is the Smoked Wings were small and dry, almost like they were overcooked. The BBQ Nachos and the BBQ Spud were amazing! Will definitely go back!
