Always very good Works Burger and the Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla is terrific. They do a consistent job.

My husband called in this exact same order on this pass Sunday for me. I LOVE IT the Side of Sweet Potato Fries were nice a golden with a white sauce on the side. This time the fries a burned as you can see in the picture and super hard with no white sauce. SUPER DISAPPOINTING because it's was so delicious this pass Sunday. The Turkey Melt was juicy and the toast was perfect with the right amount mayonnaise. This time the toast was dry little to no mayonnaise and the turkey was dry as well.
Again super disappointing because I was really craving that meal :(.
Im not saying that these items aren't good but the quality is definitely not consistent.

The experience with the food was disappointing, particularly the burgers, which were incredibly dry and difficult to enjoy. As I chewed, they only seemed to get drier, and the buns were overly thick, making it a struggle to eat. The chicken tenders were somewhat acceptable, falling just above the quality of cafeteria food, but still unremarkable. After spending nearly $40, I ended up throwing away most of the meal, as my expectations, while not high due to it being game day food, still included hopes for at least a decent quality.

Ordered the Jumbo Bone-in Wings for the second time in about a month. I was underwhelmed the first time but decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately the second order was just as disappointing. Ordered the buffalo and the lemon pepper and I honestly couldn't tell which was which! Almost no buffalo sauce on the wings, and the little that was there really wasn't all that spicy... might have even been more sweet than spicy. What I think was lemon pepper was more like a plain wing. The only reason I can give 2 stars is because the wings themselves were cooked well and were a good size.

The Bacon Bleu was fantastic, not too funky. The Fries and White Cheddar Cheese Curds were well above average. The Jalapeño Poppers were perfect and you could easily take a bite without taking the entire pepper (IYKYK).
