Our DoorDasher left most of the food on the counter and then refused to bring it to us. But the owner hand-delivered our food to us. It was the best Customer Service we've had in a long time. The food was excellent. They have a customer for life. This was much appreciated.

Cheesesteak was okay but very greasy. We paid for extra meat and cheese 16 dollars but it didn't look like extra of either one. The cheese wasn't melted on the steak like most places, instead it was on the bun, more like a cheese bread with steak added.
The burger was okay, nothing special, bun was soggy falling apart and some of the lettuce looked old and going bad, kinda gross.
Probably won't ever order from here again. Papa Geno's still has the best cheesesteak we have had so far in Houston.

Joe's Cheesesteak Sandwich was absolutely fantastic. The Onion Rings were equally just as delicious, and perfectly portioned for a smaller Cheesesteak like this one. It hit the spot. I'll most DEFINITELY be ordering from Joe's again.

Came on time and was hot, but cheesesteak barely had any meat and what was there was very salty. The menu didn't say the ham sandwich had mayo, and we're allergic so I can't eat it at all.
