• 10/29/23Chicken Kastu Bento was tasty as always. Tried Taro Milk Tea (caffeine free) no sugar with boba for the first time and really liked it. I can't have caffeine or sugar and struggle to figure out what to get. First time with Door Dash, I usually go to the store. It was lukewarm when it arrived even though it arrived in like 5 minutes. If you need it hot, I recommend you go to the store to get it yourself.

• 3/31/26Only ordered because I love t4 but this location sucks. They charge 0.09 for ice and sweetness level on door dash. My milk tea was watered down.

• 7/15/26Would never order from this store. I ordered a Avocado Smoothie and the smoothie was not blended properly, no taste of Avocado, i could taste water more than avocado.

• 6/16/25My order was awful. The sizes are tiny. I ordered the Lychee Black Tea 0% sweet, and got full sweetness. The Earl Grey Tea was so strong that it wasn't even drinkable. No greeting at all when I entered the store to pick up my order. Overall very bad experience.
