Ashton Family Diner is always fresh and delicious. The service there is great but sometimes I don't want to drive out there :) My favorites are the Moussaka which has the perfect amount of bechamel; the Dolmades which have a ground meat filling and not just rice, and a delicious lemon sauce; and the eggs with chorizo which is served with tortillas, beans and plantains. So good. The pineapple cheesecake is delicious too.

For my birthday I treated myself to the Cuban French Toast because it is my favorite! The dish comes with 4 pieces of french toast covered in shredded coconut, and the (4) fried plantains are always fresh and cooked perfectly and easy to split with my coworker (we order it often) I think the white sauce might be sour cream? It sounds odd but it is actually pretty good on the plantains. I also personally believe that a breakfast is not complete without eggs so the Three Eggs (Side) is a perfect compliment, and also a good amount to share with a coworker/friend.

Just so that everybody knows, it was one of the best cheeseburgers, on the side was an amazing Caesar salad with a chocolate cake for dessert! Certainly not great if you're trying to lose a pound or two but one of the most delicious meals I've had in years!

Guatemalan Parillada This was a very good meal and had good portions.
I regret to say that the skewer of grilled shrimp included with this dish was very overcooked which made the shrimp very hard. I had to break the shrimp into and peel off the hardened outside to get some softer shrimp on the inside but there wasn't much. What little bit of soft shrimp meat I was able to eat, it had a good taste to it.
The skirt Steak was very tasty and so was the chorizo and the Pablano pepper.
The Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo &
Sour Cream were also very delicious & Fresh.
Everything came very well packaged.
I would definitely order again from this restaurant but will skip ordering the grilled shrimp in the future.

We frequently order the gyro salad and get chicken subbed in for the gyro meat. Past few times it's been good but this time the tzaziki sauce was way more authentic. Could use some dill and garlic but it was nice and creamy, like it used to be years and years ago. Past few times I don't know what it was but it was no tzaziki. Glad to see things are getting back to ore covid standards. Great place! They give generous portions too.
