This food cannot be overstated. The gumbo is yore literally the best I've ever had. The expensive cornbread? I know what you might be thinking...but it's worth every. penny. I can't speak for the other food because I can't seem to not order these items. I'm sure it's all fire.

Gator bites didn't taste like gator. Tasted like overcooked chicken bites with Cajun seasoning on them for triple the price. Collards were sweet and spicy... but like too sweet and overpowered the actual flavor of the collards. For how high the prices are I really expected better. The staff was wonderful though.

Food was prepared fast, but the shrimp were cold and tasted a little freezer burned. Deviled Eggs (DDD) were bland but the presentation was nice. I wonder how small the small gumbo is because the Large Gumbo Ya Ya (DDD) was on the edge of being cup size. The gumbo wasn't my favorite, but the rice was delicious. Overall food quality is mid.

The $30 Etouffee is good, but a little pricey for the tiny portion... not near enough for a grown person. It's more like a kids portion, so if you order it, order 3! Also got the beignets and you get a good portion of those thankfully! The side of beans and rice was well flavored too! Overall, pretty good but definitely need a little more food.

These are the best wings in town hands down. Wings (8) (DD) have alot of meat, juicy, great sauce and a nice char on the outside.
