I ordered a famous star with no pickles or onions and extra special sauce, and I called the store and ask them to make sure they put fresh lettuce on my hamburger, which they never do. I ended up with a hamburger with good lettuce this time but very little special sauce. In fact, portions of the hamburger had no special sauce on top.

I ordered extra special sauce. In all prior times, a reasonable amount of sauce was applied. This last time, the hamburger was inundated with the special sauce, and even trying to wipe off the excess didn't work to make it tolerable. I couldn't eat the hamburger.

The lettuce was wilted, and although I ordered extra special sauce, there wasn't even the normal amount of special sauce. Very disappointing, again question!

So I would say that they do have good quality food but instead of a spicy chicken sandwich I just got a regular one if I wanted regular I would have gotten it and the fries tasted like they were in the grease for a long time so besides that everything else was good maybe I just won't order this order anymore

Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® was dry no suace...Fried Zucchini was good at least...wont be back soon...
