delicious. lots of broth, i had some left over. noodles were tender and chewy. a generous amount of green onions and cilantro 🤤
i got extra spicy and it honestly wasn't too spicy, had the flavor but didn't burn my taste buds off lol

The Lanzhou beef noodle soup is the best ramen you'll ever have. Generous portions, enough for 2 easily. So. Much. Flavour. The Beef is perfect, broth is perfect, generous green onions and cilantro ! I love cilantro. Noodles are perfectly done, let soak if you don't like al denté. So worth it. Get it with chili oil to add in for extra extra flavour and spice. I love this soup

The noodles are nice and fresh. But there was no sauce or flavouring other than in the meat, and the meat was very odd in texture. Reminded me of veggie ground round. Everything else was quite bland. Like maybe at least use a little salt when you steam the greens? lol Could also have used more carrot and cucumber, as there was maybe a tablespoon of each. The quality of the food itself was good though.

Soup tasted amazing, right amount of spice and flq. I just wish they followed the only instruction I put about not adding cilantro. It was printed with my order but still added on top. I was able to remove most of it so not that big of a deal.

the Dan Dan Noodles have a great aroma and tastes delicious! I ordered it Extra Spicy and the spice had yet to kick in, but the flavors blended well
