Items arrived promptly and were packaged with care. The MORNING BUN is an indulgent treat of buttery, flakey layers swirled with a bright citrus surprise. The ICED VANILLA PASTE LATTE is tastefully done.

The two MOCHAs taste bad. I think the marmelade syrup went rancid and the barista did not replace the bottle with a fresh container. One cup lid had salt and a fleck of red pepper on the pouring side. Both are unsalvageable.
The LATTEs are fine.
Normally, I don't have a problem with my orders.

I ordered a flat white with a double shot and asked for 10 versus 8 ounces, an option in the menu, for the optimal coffee/milk ratio.. What I got was an 8 ounce drink and a schooling from the barista. He told me if I wanted 10 oz I should have gotten a latte. Then he turned and walked away. Nope. Those are different things. I prefer flat while because of the texture of the drink. A flat white with an extra shot has to be a larger drink to maintain the perfect ratio.

For me, the ICED VANILLA PASTE LATTE was a little watered down (this is with the less ice option) and doesn't taste like vanilla bean. They put a little sticker to show which milk is in each drink which was helpful for a drink with multiple orders. I haven't been to the cafe in-person so I can't say whether the quality changes for delivery orders.
