A neighborhood restaurant in Brooklyn featuring seasonal vegetables, house-made pasta and responsibly-sourced meats.
Ordered the Half Chicken and Lettuces, Radishes, Tarragon, & Dijon Mustard and they were delicious. We've ordered multiple times and it's always great. They go above and beyond with customer service and great food.

The food itself is good though the portions can be lacking. The French Fries, Malt Vinegar Aioli were smaller than a McDonald's small which isn't great for $8. The steak came with no sides and the lasagna portion was also tiny. The Gus’s Burger is good value at least.

Finally ordered the pork chop. It came sliced in an abundant sauce that was perfectly slightly acidic, a foil for the delicious fat. Plenty of accompanying cherry tomatoes and very tasty. Ordered a side of fries and they were also excellent.

Gus' menu is short and fantastic. They've got a dijon salad that's perfectly tart and the burger (that I ordered tonight) is delicious. Their french fries are excellent.

The portion size of the French Fries, Malt Vinegar Aioli was really small. What a rip-off. Burger was just decent, so many better places in the area
