Food was BOMB. I ordered 2- 3 Meats meal for me and a friend. Brisket was extra moist, sausage on point, and chicken was super flavorful and moist also. Ordered Beef Rib Only but they were out. I can't wait to try them next time. May have just found my new go to bbq spot in Lubbock.

My 2nd order. Returned bc bbq is great@ plentiful 3 meat dinner ordered chicken but it was aout. Received. Sliced brisket ( melt in your mouth tender) & chopped brisket 2x.
Everything was delish & plentiful. Will be 3 meals for me $40, with tip. Reasonable for me. Best I've found in Lubbock.

We tried The Shack for the first time today and there was a small item left out of our order, we called the restaurant and I'll just say they went above and beyond to make it right in a way businesses just don't do anymore. The food was delicious, the portions were large everything was fresh, but the customer service was FANTASTIC. We will definitely be back because the food was good, but the way they handled a small aggravating mistake absolutely blew my mind. Definitely give them a try if you haven't.

Huge portions and absolutely mouth watering. I had the pulled pork, sliced and moist brisket. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to others!

Wow!! The loaded brisket Stuffed Potato is so big and full of brisket you cannot pass this up! The brisket was so tender and all the fixings were just perfect!! This place never fails me!!
