"I don’t know how they do it, but even with a long delivery distance, my food arrived at the perfect temperature and was 10/10 quality. I can only imagine the 'in-person' experience is even better! This place is on a totally different level than any of its supposed 'competitors.' Just take a look at their social media—once you see the owner’s approach, it all makes sense.
For me, this belongs in the same elite tier as local neighborhood secret places like Bartoil's (transparency: used to work at Bartoli's ) and places like Small Cheval, and Superdawg. There should be a 'Diamond' rating for places like this that go above and beyond their category. This is exactly why Chicago is the food capital of the world!. It's the difference between an Owner who competes on lower quality cheaper ingrediants and those who are probably making a lot less money than they could-- becsue they refuse to compromise. I"ve never met the owner but when you see how he explains the "why" behind the process and executing on the passion.. you'll get why basically they coudl charge whatever they want ( but still don't).

Probably my go to sandwich, doesn't disappoint. Medium sandwich wasn't very spicy at all, may try and go up to hot even though I'm not interested in superhots and it's allegedly ghost pepper (in the past I do remember it being very hot). I did not like the nuggets though, had a weird burnt kind of taste like maybe they didn't clean the oil or something, but I got $5 off adding them to my order and they were $5.02 so they might as well have been free.

I'm a frequent customer of Fry, and love thei tenders because they are big. Pretty disappointed this time around with these tiny nuggets :/. I guess I hope for better luck next time around...?

Food was good but I waited 50 min for a pick up order. Only 1 person was working... not great for being on a busy big city college campus. I will probably not be coming again due to poor service, been here a few times now and always not enough people working.

The 12 NUGGETS were exceptionally dry, even with dipping sauce they were pretty stiff and felt like I had to choke them down. Though the seasoning on them was decent. Won't order these again if I order from here.
