• 10/31/23Great food and packed with care which kinda surprised me. The burger was perfect, and the Fries were AMAZINGLY GOOD not even greasy like most other places. Definately loved the black n white shake.

• 4/15/24BBQ RODEO BURGER was good. PRIME RIB BURGER was small but good. CEO burger was small but good. Paid $2 extra on 2 orders ($4 extra total) for urban style fries but they only had parmesan cheese, no garlic aoli sauce. Prob wouldn't DD from here again. French fry bag was drenched in oil. Not the drivers fault at all. Poor packaging from the restaurant.

• 9/13/25Today was my second order from Burger Fi (9/13/25). The quality was not as good as first order. The Burger was dry with very little onions. The fries where very greasy,

• 4/9/26The burger was medium rare with a lot of pink in the middle. Hardly any fries in the basket. The chicken sandwich was missing ingredients.

• 4/14/24Arrived cold and soggy. Both the YES, CHEF BURGER and BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER were very unappealing. Both burgers had fallen apart in a squished manner and were covered in cheese grease. Tried to and eat with a fork, two bites, it was not good. Fries and milkshake were decent. Huge disappointment for take out night.
