We tried the Chicken Tenders, Chicken Ques, Boneless Wings, Mac & Cheese BOWL, and Fresh Cut Fries for the first time ever ordering from here. All the food was delicious!
*My only criticism is that the French fries had way, way too much pepper/seasoning on them.

My burger wasn't done. Everything else was ok. We order here all the time and hoping this was just a hiccup.

Simple. Showed up to pick up order and waited over an hour with no indication my order would be done until I asked for an update. That led to my order being handed to me, being told it just got done, and the box and being cold and pretzel being like warm. Not sure what happened. Maybe it was a one off since they are usually really good. It was the lack of communication and theft of time that was the most upsetting. I will order again because their food is usually really good and this never happens. It was just an upsetting experience to end the day.
