The chicken is seasoned and cooked extremely well. Tots are crispy and well cooked. I did order 6 pieces and only got five..pickles was missing and the jalapeños.. but the chicken is so good - make me overlook the mistakes!

Tenders tasted like they had no seasoning even with getting its lit hotness. Sweet tea tasted unsweetened. Hot tots were just average tots. chicken was cooked well, just was not what was advertised. Definitely not worth the price.

The Nashville Hot Fries were soggy and they only had chicken cheese and ranch on them. They were not spicy at all. The Nashville hot 3 Piece Hot Chicken Tenders were okay. The 32oz Big Yellow Cup was excellent, the Coke Zero I got was very carbonated and the best Coke Zero ive had.

Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich with Cheese I ordered it hot and it had zero sauce on the chicken and no spiciness at all.
Nashville Hot Tots same as the sandwich. No sauce on chicken and no heat.
I specifically requested napkins and utensils and got none.
I do not recommend this restaurant.
