• 7/5/26Horrible customer service, we ordered from Doordash where the description clearly states that the 1. Hainanese Chicken / 海南雞 is served with fragrant rice. The item came without fragrant rice, and the vendor deny their error on the misleading description on DoorDash, and instead of apologizing for the error, they wanted us to place a new order or come pick up the missing item ourselves. Had their response be more sincere, the conversation wouldn't have ended in such bad term.
