The burger was okay but the fried and tater tots were not fried completely and were undercooked and soggy. I ordered using the direct to me option so it didn't sit in the drivers car for a long time. The problem had to be with the cooking and packaging.

Tater Tots was gross, the consistency was off and no flavor, no salt.
Fried pickles are normally really salted but were like double the amount of salt as usual.

The food is so delicious and Hat Creek is extremely diligent about packing everything so it's fresh and as amazing as you would have in person, that's really rare with food delivery. A++++

Can't believe I spent $8 on this small bag of fried pickles - they tasted like they were drowned in a bag of salt. Inedible!
Fried Chicken Sandwich was also too salty and overfried . Burger was ok....all in all I can't believe i spent $35 on bad fast food
