The coffee is the best in the area and the donuts  are is what they are famous for. the only problem is making sure you get what you order. the level of focus of the workers is quite low.

order was not completed Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. the bread was not toasted, no cheese or bacon and only 1 egg added. The Loaded Hash Browns had no bacon or cheese

Donuts were all thrown into a bag, squished and mostly stale. Bag was not sealed. Very poor quality.  Probably will not order again

Yet again my order was wrong. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese ,got it to the house; surprise, surprise...no sausage. I don't know if it's lack of staff, illiteracy, people just don't care or pure stupidity, but I got an egg with cheese on a non toasted English muffin( yuck). For a multi million dollar business, I just expect more for what I'm paying for. Don't worry Dunkin, I'll be going to Bagelman from now on. This is like the fifth or sixth time this has happened where I didn't say anything but my money will be going elsewhere from now on. Do better!!!!!

Seemingly every time I order from them, they get the order incorrect. Ordered three croissant sandwiches and got only 2 bagel sandwiches instead, missing hashbrowns and one sandwich; happens almost every time.
