So was not happy with order earlier bc I didn't get the 1/2 pound Brisket I pre-ordered to be sure to get it today bc they ran out or DD closed ordering before I could days before. Didn't get it so it was made up for and got two plates today (instead of the 1/2 pd but that's okay bc the plates cost more or at least in DD). I needed enough to share and they did right by me so very satisfied in how quick Queens resolved this issue! Brisket is of course delish and tender, so not the quality of food fault. Especially bc it's Labor Day and the plan was to eat BBQ brisket today. Thank you Queens for resolving this issue so quickly! Very happy now! Not sure if DD had anything to do with correcting the issue bc was on phone all day with them to a partial resolve that I was not happy with but the day is not over and dinner will be great thx to Queens!

Pulled pork sandwich was completely dry , paid $13 and even eat half of the sandwich . The Brisket was just way over loaded , and the World Famous Turkey Cliffhanger was just so thick of turkey and the bun was mushy, Not what I was expecting from this restaurant . Very disappointed and the potatoe salad taste like pickles nothing else

The sausage is different than before. It tastes like the cheapest grocery store sausage. I'm sick of buying extra sauce and getting half empty containers. This place was really good but that was years ago. Now it's a rip off. The food quality has declined while the prices increased. This is definitely not the original Queens.

Texas Drip is probably the best bbq sandwich on the island. Smoked Gouda Mac N Cheese is very good 4/5. Piña pineapple cake was a generous size and delicious. This will be my go to order when I'm feeling like bbq.

Really disappointed. Used to just LOVE this place! The meats do not have a searing taste like they used to. Bought Sausage , Smoked Jalapeño Queso Corn and Ham Hock Collard Greens. Could have cooked the sausage at home in the oven. No BBQ quality at all. The side orders barely had any substance. The container was full of liquid instead of the greens or corn. Not very happy.....
