• 12/21/25to start our burgers were all wrong & looked like a 5 year old made them. the buns were hard along with the fries, & the meat was burnt. i also payed for 4 sauces & ketchup, we did not receive any of them. super disappointed especially since my order was over $50.

• 5/6/26This is petty but has been an issue the last several times I've ordered from this Whataburger-- I love yalls fancy ketchup. I put the effort in to request is specifically. I end up only getting a single spicy ketchup EVERY time! I also got a meek half full order of fries.

• 9/21/25No ketchup or napkins and we specifically asked for ketchup. We are camping and have nothing. The total for three sandwiches and one order of fries was over $50. They could have thrown some in the bag with a few napkins.
