Used to enjoy this place. Last 2 times it was mixed. Handpulled pork belly noodles were great the first time - perfect flavor and sauce. The general tso was okay but felt like it was missing something. This time the same noodles were dry, overcooked, and there was more cabbage than noodles (3:1 ratio) bulgolgi beef was well seasoned however (display didn't look appealing but tasted good)

They have wonderful hand pulled Tofu Soup Noodles 豆腐汤面, Handmade Dumpling 水饺 , and Egg Flower Soup 蛋花汤. My daughter said it's the best Egg Flower Soup 蛋花汤 she's ever eaten! Food arrives fast, is very fresh, and it's still piping hot. Large portions make it last for several meals. They also make the best Italian cream soda and Lemonade! We will definitely order again, and again, and again.

I love franks noodle house. Recently I've been obsessed with the Tofu Soup Noodles 豆腐汤面 and the General Tso's Tofu 左宗豆腐 especially. The Fresh Salad Rolls 色拉卷 are kind of wack so I won't get those again but I still love franks noodle house. It's so much food for the price you pay and always delicious.

The chicken and vegetable dish that my wife got was just plain, cooked chiken chicken and broccoli witho any sauce or flavorings. The beef short ribs dish was really small - for $23!!! - and was generic and extremely chewy. You just chewed and chewed without breaking it down until you just decided to swallow. This meal really sucked. So bad that we won't give it another chance
