Everything was delicious. The pork and brisket were very moist and delicious. The Loaded House Cut Fries was quite a generous portion. The Smokey Chicken & Chorizo Stew was very flavorful. I definitely will be ordering again.

Family and I were biking the Lititz to Ephrata rail trail and came across this BBQ place directly off the trail from the little signs they’d placed on the fence separating the property from the trail itself. There is ample outdoor seating, a little “axe” throwing station, outdoor bathroom and wash station and it is dog friendly and BYOB. The food tho, that may have been some of THE BEST brisket I’ve had ever. The food was phenomenal for a spot I’d never heard of and was sitting out in the middle of seemingly nowhere. Prices are alittle pricy but I understand given today’s meat and they obviously didn’t skimp on quality. They had an apple based bbq sauce and it was to die for. Highly recommend to anyone coming off the trail or just driving and parking, really great little place.

Absolutely mouthwatering delicious Pulled Pork Belly Buster Combo! The beans were delicious. The coleslaw was wonderful portion size huge for your money's worth all fresh products tasting definitely will order again next week.!

This is my first order placed with 272 barbecue. Absolutely amazing the Fresh Cut Fries were fresh and delicious.The Mac and Mac & Cheese mouthwatering very tasteful the portions are phenomenal huge! You definitely get your moneys worth. I will order very soon again thank you.!
