• 7/26/26I want to start by saying that I've eaten at the restaurant and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was clean, the service was great, and I had what may have been the best steak sandwich I've ever eaten.
Unfortunately, my DoorDash order was completely different. There was no option to specify how I wanted my steak cooked, and there was nowhere to request extra crispy fries. As a result, the fries arrived soggy, and the steak wasn't prepared the way I would have ordered it.
The biggest issue was the sandwich itself. The bottom piece of bread was so soaked through that I had to remove it and couldn't eat it. The sandwich was nowhere near the quality of what I received when dining in the restaurant.
I also noticed that the restaurant offers a Ribeye Steak Sandwich in person, but on DoorDash the only steak sandwich option available was the New York steak version.
I understand that some of these issues may be related to delivery and not entirely the restaurant's fault.

• 6/12/22We try to love redwood since we're close, hence the 5 stars, but it's getting harder. Wings are soggy when they get here. This restaurant is a block and a half away. BLT had a piece and a half of bacon. Yeah I get it, inflation, but for $17 I EXPECT more bacon than that. French dip and redwood pasta were mediocre last time we went in person.

Fries were good but needed salt.
Sandwich had only a couple slices of meat. Main issue was it was way too bland. Even the au jus needed salt.
I would not recommend this restaurant or the sandwich.

• 1/16/26So happy I got this. Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and the two containers of hollandaise sauce were just right. Everything still tasted super fresh even after delivery. 10/10 would definitely order again!
