The Melafadine bolognese is a great concept. The pasta type absorbs sauce like no other and has a great texture. It is awesome. I added shrimp and they were huge and perfectly cooked. My only complaint is that the sauce is too sweet. This dish wants to be super savory and hearty, and I feel like the sweetness takes away from that. Regardless, it is delicious, but I think that change would make it perfect.

chopped romaine caesar was pretty basic. Flavor was overwhelming with the shallots. fresh baked cookie were hard as a rock and tasted dry. will not order again. ive tried D Alba so many times and I just don't like the flavors they use. I don't know what it is.

The bolognese had zero flavor. The pizza was good; not great. The truffle honey with the balloon bread was weird. Hummus with pesto was also bizarre. This place needs to step it up if it's going to make it in Houston.
