• 12/18/24I'm visiting from LA for work, and I have to say that pho is one of my favorite dishes. I've sampled it from numerous places, and this spot definitely ranks in my top 5. The broth is incredibly flavorful and nourishing, while the meat is tender and absolutely delicious. Fried vegg A2. Fried Veggie Rolls (3) also are the yummiest

• 10/23/25The broth was amazing and the portions were large. I loved that they used red onions as a mix in. The noodles were soft and pliable. Ate the whole bowl so quickly. Definitely will be frequently coming back for more!

• 11/23/25I got the regular size P3, which is pho with brisket and ribeye. I got about 2 ounces of gray beef, which is robbery for the $16. I got at least twice as much meat at Pho Cali for $11. Will absolutely never order here again.

• 8/17/24The P2. Brisket is my go to item on the menu. Little Saigon has the best pho in saltlake in my opinion! It always comes hot. The meat tastes fantastic and they give you so many sides to go in. The basil is my favorite part as it gives such an amazing flavor. I love you little saigon!!!

• 1/9/25The B2. Garlic-Butter Steak Sandwich had a ton of carrots and very little meat. What little of the meat I did get was quite flavorful and I wished there was more. They need to work on their knife skills as the red onion slices were quite wide and the whole thick scrap end was in there as well. That much onion in one bite is overpowering and quite off putting.
The pot stickers were ok... they were not crisp at all and the sauce was kind of odd tasting. I had to pan fry them to crisp them back up.
After seeing the good reviews I was excited to try it but ended up sadly disappointed :-(
