WabiSabi's Umi Masu & Sake Donburi is the BEST Salmon don in the city. Their don has several kinds of salmon & ikura on top of it. I always trust their quality of fish and quantity is perfect. I'm genuinely wishing their even more success as a sushi shop in SF. Love WabiSabi.

Honestly.. not worth it. It tastes pretty good but not the best. The problem with me is that the rolls were comically small; especially for the price. I don't think I've ever gotten rolls this small before. Ever. My miso soup also came with the container half full. It was also lacking so much flavor. It tasted like water mixed with a little salt... Something else that wasn't great was that it came with no chopsticks, napkins, soy sauce, or wasabi. Seriously so disappointing. Unfortunately would not order again.

sushi ought to come plain, but this one has lemon zest on each piece of nigiri and a bit of wasabi between the rice and the fish. There was no wasabi and ginger on the side, either. It's especially galling because the quality was there, so they could have pulled it off had they not tried to get so creative. As is, it was very weird all around.
