it's really delicious! I especially like Braised Beef Tendon 卤牛筋 the taste is so good. I had it milt spicy and it was still really flavorful. Fatty Beef Rice Noodle 超级肥牛粉 is good too. I wish more meat though. both are really tasty. highly recommended

The flavor was really good — pleasantly sour with a nice bit of spice. However, the portion was quite disappointing for over $25. There were only about 7–8 small pieces of fish in the entire dish, and most of the container was broth and vegetables. I enjoyed the taste, but definitely expected more fish for the price.

The Beef Offal Rice Noodles/Wheat Noodle 牛杂粉/面 really hit the spot. I chose the spicy-sour broth and it was very good. The noodle portion was generous, the amount of tripe and tendon was decent, and it came with some bok choy, pink pickled cabbage, and cilantro. I thought it was a flavorful and well-balanced bowl.

DONT ORDER BRISKET NOODLE
They serveed literally a one inch cube of brisket in both bowls. For $18 + DD fees, you'd think the portions would be amazing at this place! Attached is a picture with how much brisket this place serves you. They skimped out so hard on it. If you want better value, i'd suggest trying Mifen101 off Castro for better portions.

Beef Brisket Rice Noodle 超级牛腩粉Check the photo...nothing much I could say about it. Rice noodle pick zero flavor out of the soup and super plain. The vege is even somewhat gross. Meat portion is generous though.
