I have tried every African food place in Houston and this is hands down the best! Great flavor, perfect spice level. Pounded yam was pillowy soft. Ewa Agoyin had a nice smooth bean flavor with sweet plantines. I love beans so this was a must! And the okra was fresh and slimy perfect. Note:mine came with seafood and meat in it. The food didnt have a weird gamey or goaty flavor like most African food places do( i hate feeling like im licking a cows foot). It was fresh perfection. Will definitely be ordering here again.

My pounded yam and egusi soup were absolutely perfect tonight. My food arrived hot, it was a good portion, and the meat was tender. Even better than the first time I had it. There was a good amount of soup, and I loved the red sauce on top.

I got the side order of steamed beans. They are so good! I was expecting plain beans but these have so much more flavor added. All their bean dishes are my favorite! Tried the bitterleaf soup for the first time, it's spicy so beware! But it's really good! Great for dipping fufu with. I was expecting bitterleaf to have a bitter flavor but this does not. Again this is a great place, im always a huge fan. And mind you ive never had any African food before moving to Houston.

I only receive one piece of goat $5 and some other piece of meat when I requested goat only. I wish there was stew sauce with the Jollof Rice ; the rice was good but had a burnt taste to it and not sure why? I will order agian and hope the order is better food.

First time trying it and it was DELICIOUS! Egusi was flavorful and spicy. Meat was tender and plentiful. Pounded yam was smooth and bouncy. 100/10
