Wow! Delicious food! We ordered 1) Heilongjiang Fish Stew / 黑龙江炖鱼 -2 huge fishes deep-fried and braised in a lovely slightly spicy sauce, loaded up with tofu, translucent noodles,suey choy 2l 肝腰合炒Stir fried pork liver and pork kidney -well-cooked pork liver & kidney.

Amazing Chinese food, tastes very authentic. My personal favorite was the twice cooked pork. Perfect Sichuan spicy level with traditional peppercorns. One of the best meals I've had since moving to Calgary, we will definitely order again

Orders the fresh tofu, the tofu is not French it's deep fried, the meat is Kuching meat and salty. The dish itself is very oily.
The Shanghai noodles are oily with no flavor, the pancake meat is oily and very salty.
