Ice cream here is unreal good! Just wow! The Matcha Ube Brownie Sundae is the best I've ever had. And the cheesecakes are so freaking delicious! 28 Wishes has literally the best ice cream in DTLA.

OH MY GOD! Real Pistachio Ice cream. It's almost as similar as the one I've tasted in Milano, Italia. Buonissimo!! I took a picture after finishing half a pint in 3 minutes LOL
